Report Card
Report Cards are provided to students three times a year at the end of each trimester. Report Cards are content standards based and are used as a tool to measure progress towards meeting standards. Report Card for the Fifth Grade Report Card.
Progress Report
Progress Reports are given to parents at the first parent/teacher conference. Progress Reports provide baseline data on student achievement and assist with moving forward by making recommendations for improvements when necessary. Progress Reports continue to be provided mid-trimester for at-risk students. Progress Report for the Fifth Grade Progress Report.
Fifth Grade Content Standards
