About the Bond Oversight Committee

The Bond Oversight Committee of Orchard School District serves as an essential oversight body responsible for monitoring the expenditure of funds from bond measures dedicated to supporting capital improvement projects within our district. Comprised of dedicated community members, parents, educators, and financial experts, the committee ensures transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars.

  • Monitor the expenditure of bond funds to ensure alignment with approved projects.
  • Provide updates to the public on the status of bond-funded initiatives.
  • Foster transparency and accountability in the use of taxpayer dollars.
  • Act as a liaison between the school district and the community.

If you are passionate about supporting our schools and have expertise or interest in finance, construction, education, or community engagement, we invite you to consider serving on the Bond Oversight Committee. No prior experience serving on committees is required, but a commitment to our goals and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders is essential.
